- Increase Partner capacity and capability by working with the Alliances and Channels team members to align on country priorities and execute Consulting partners practice development plans in LATAM to drive Salesforce Product certification/accreditation growth to delivering customer success in all Cloud products sold in the region.
- Execution, management, orchestration and delivery of regional training - web-based in close alignment with Partner Account Managers.
- Partnering with Sales, Solution Engineering, CSG, Products organizations and LATAM Partner Enablement team to build the enablement plan and delivery strategy.

- Support development and lead delivery of enablement webinars, keeping Partners fresh on latest advancements and best practice learnings for selling and implementation.
