I am a former personal trainer turned into a Visual UI designer and developer with one year of experience. I enjoy working on projects that create minimalist, creative and user-friendly interfaces.
Transitioning from a personal trainer career to designing one came with some challenges. But, it was ok, because it was a good trip till now, and I've learned a lot. I think you can achieve anything if you have determination, discipline, and love for what you do.
Why the transition to IT? I have always enjoyed engaging both my brain's creative and analytical parts. I didn’t know how to combine the two into a career for a long time.
Finding Visual UI Design and Frontend was the perfect mix of the two for me. I intend to leverage my prior experience as a personal trainer to bring a level of empathy and attention to detail that’s critical to making intuitive user experiences.
