Redesigned TD's US Mobile app for ~9.9 million customers across the following functionality: login, navigation, accounts, activity, transactions, deposits, transfers, payments, profile, chat, messaging, notifications, shopping, & more (50+ features).
• Managed five mobile design teams - in total, 21 Visual/UI/UX designers & managers.
• Delivered 15 net new features to market for iPhone, iPad, Android, & Tablet.
• Drove end-to-end product design by framing problems, facilitating workshops, and orchestrating the creation of new experiences, strategies, & frameworks.
US Customer Management | (Oct 2020 - Jan 2023)
• Generated ~$24.3 billion in cardholder spend while leading XD strategy, research, and UI/UX design for Capital One’s U.S. credit card products - across the following functionality: purchase authorizations, credit card payments, credit line increases, autopay, transfers, upgrades, & real-time intelligent omni-channel messages.
Travel & Rewards | (Jan- Sept 2020)
• Led a team of designers, researchers, and strategists - shepherding efforts and resources to envision Capital One Travel’s Venture X ecosystem of products and services - while establishing rewards partnerships and experience collaborations with Hopper, VividSeats, Airbnb, Uber, and more.
Fraud & Disputes | (Aug 2018 - Dec 2019)
• Delivered real-time intelligent native fraud, disputes, missing, & damaged card experiences - while simultaneously creating an agent experience which saved ~$89 million in false fraud write-off charges.
