With 15 years of experience in the creative industry, I bring a wealth of expertise as a UX/UI Designer, with a demonstrated history in graphic design and art direction. Work Experience
A collaborative role working closely with Design, Brand and Product leadership to shape the overall vision and product or service strategy.
- Facilitate human-centred design activities with stakeholders and users to understand user needs, business goals and priorities.
- Work alongside with Strategists and Service Designers to identify underlying assumptions, and design experiments to validate them in the delivery of key customer priorities.
- Articulating complex ideas and strategic workflows into simple and comprehensive infographic diagrams.
- Responsible for UX design for a government service, from concept to execution. Work closely with government stakeholders, ensuring processes and interactions were simple, effective and accessible.
- Consulting with the project team and determining visual design preferences and expectations.
Mentorship role serves as a support system for self-paced and
part-time online course.
- Hosting weekly live sessions which facilitates discussions,
runs through additional activities, and provide guidance and
feedback on student assignments. - Engage students in workshops, practical exercises, real examples; work to embed knowledge through practice.
- Informing of industry trends and resources in order to provide cutting edge extra-curricular material in support of studentsâ learnings.
- Teaching of design thinking concepts and techniques with tools
where necessary.
