I am writing to apply for the position of Brand Strategist

Growing up, I have always been fascinated by technology, and that has driven a lot of my life decisions such as my choice of diplomat studies and my work experience before relocating to Canada. Before relocating to Canada, I worked as an operations manager at Swot Solution, a retail store for home and office gadgets. I enjoyed learning about different technological gadgets, what went into their creation, and how they can be useful for every person in their daily lives. In this role, I was able to solidify my communication and customer service skills.

As I prepared to arrive in Canada, I decided to explore the service aspect of being a technology enthusiast and took up a remote role from the onsite role as an operation manager at Swot Solutions. This role helped shape my communication skills in the Canadian work environment and my adaptation skills as I got to understand how to work with a multi-culturally diverse team. In this role, I also improved my research and technical skills as I had to prepare user guide manuals to help employees resolve simple technical issues on their own. Also, I was able to demonstrate my teamwork abilities by attempting to resolve complex requests before escalating to level 2 support, if necessary.

I recently completed a course at NPower Canada as an IT Junior Analyst to improve my skills in hardware and Software issues as well as to gain more Canadian experience,

When I am not working, I like to spend my leisure time with family and friends by watching a movie or catching up on our daily life experiences. I also love to take walks and the fresh air when it is not cold and windy.
