Social Media Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to own and elevate Zuper's social media presence across platforms, building an engaged community and strengthening our brand within the field service industry. In this role, you'll develop and execute social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy while creating compelling content that resonates with our customers and industry audiences.

You'll collaborate closely with Product, Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Partners to transform customer stories, product innovations, and industry insights into impactful social campaigns that grow Zuper's brand and community.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute social media strategy

• Own Zuper's end-to-end social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Facebook.
• Create platform-specific content strategies that align with each channel's audience, culture, and best practices.
• Build and manage the social content calendar to support brand awareness, product launches, campaigns, and company initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate emerging social trends, formats, and platforms to keep Zuper's social presence innovative and engaging.

Create engaging content

• Develop high-quality content including short-form videos, carousels, graphics, customer stories, product highlights, thought leadership, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write compelling copy that reflects Zuper's brand voice and resonates with field service professionals.
• Capture, edit, and publish multimedia content while repurposing existing assets across channels.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, and Content teams to produce creative social campaigns.

Build and grow community engagement

• Foster meaningful conversations by actively engaging with customers, prospects, partners, and industry communities across social platforms.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, and discussions, responding promptly to build trust and strengthen brand relationships.
• Participate in relevant online communities and industry conversations to increase Zuper's visibility and credibility.
• Grow brand advocacy by nurturing relationships with customers, influencers, and industry creators.

Drive partner and influencer engagement

• Collaborate with strategic partners to execute co-marketing campaigns and joint social initiatives.
• Identify and engage industry influencers, customer advocates, and community leaders to amplify Zuper's brand.
• Support product launches, webinars, events, and customer success stories through coordinated social campaigns.

Measure and optimize performance

• Track social media performance using key metrics including engagement, reach, audience growth, traffic, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance and audience insights to optimize content strategy and improve results.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations to demonstrate business impact and guide future initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies that build engaged communities and increase brand awareness.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, storytelling, short-form video production, and social media content planning.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and adapting content for each channel.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance optimization.
• Ability to identify trends and rapidly create timely, relevant content.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Design teams.
• Experience with influencer marketing, community management, or partner marketing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the field service, home services, or trades industry (HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing, etc.) is a strong plus.
