About Zunesty
Zunesty is a high-growth, founder-led marketing firm that partners with B2B companies in tech, SaaS, and professional services to drive measurable revenue outcomes. We serve as an embedded growth team for our clients — building and executing high-converting outbound systems, creative campaigns, sales enablement programs, and performance marketing strategies.
Zunesty operates with a lean, high-agency team that prioritizes speed, accountability, and results. As the company continues to scale, we are hiring a Senior Marketing Program Manager to fully own client delivery across a portfolio of accounts.
The Role
The Senior Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of client execution across 5–10 accounts. This includes managing internal team members, owning timelines and reporting, interfacing with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines.
This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role designed for a senior-level operator with proven experience in B2B marketing and program execution. The ideal candidate is based in South Africa, highly organized, comfortable with direct response marketing, and confident leading both people and projects.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Program Manager will be directly responsible for:
Managing day-to-day delivery across 5–10 active B2B clients
Leading all client communications, including weekly meetings and strategic updates
Coordinating cross-functional internal teams (copywriters, designers, SDRs, and AI/automation specialists)
Quality-controlling all client deliverables — including copy, creative, outbound assets, and paid media campaigns
Owning campaign timelines, task management, and QA using Notion, Slack, and Google Drive
Reporting weekly on KPIs, campaign performance, and client progress
Managing the following service areas end-to-end:
Scope of Work You Will Oversee
Paid Advertising: Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube ad campaigns from strategy through launch and optimization.
Outbound Lead Generation: Email campaigns using Instantly, LinkedIn automation, SDR performance, and AI-assisted outbound systems.
Sales Enablement: Sales coaching, discovery script creation, sales asset development, CRM optimization (HubSpot, Salesforce), and offer/quote system design.
Direct Response Marketing: Campaign strategy, new offer creation, ad creative development, and performance-driven copywriting.
Content Strategy & Production: Writing and overseeing newsletters, nurture sequences, SEO-driven blogs, and LinkedIn thought leadership content.
Growth Consulting: Supporting client founders and executive teams on operational improvements, hiring decisions, SOP development, and revenue strategy.
AI & Automation Systems: Collaborating with our AI engineer to build and manage automation tools (Zapier, Instantly, n8n) that power scalable client outcomes.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in business, preferably in B2B marketing, sales, operations, or agency environments
Track record managing complex marketing programs across multiple channels and stakeholders
Strong understanding of direct response and performance marketing principles
Clear, confident communication skills — both written and verbal
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with remote tools (Slack, Notion, Google Docs, Loom) and async team structures
Must be based in South Africa, with availability to collaborate during US business hours.
Compensation & Benefits
$3,000–$5,000 USD/month, based on experience
4 weeks of paid time off (PTO) annually
Remote-first environment with flexible working hours
Long-term opportunity with performance-based growth and increasing responsibility
Collaborative, no-politics culture focused on ownership and execution
