Marketing Service Desk & SLA Management
- Act as L1 owner for the Marketing Service Desk on campaign ops, CRM ops, content ops, DAM (Digital Asset Management) and analytics packs.
- Ensure proper triage and routing: GBC vs DCXI/IT vs DCX vs DSeP.

- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with production data, trends and improvement proposals.
