About the Role

As Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding DeskIn Personal in the Indonesian market. You’ll be responsible for influencer marketing, localization, and data-driven insights, driving user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Marketing

Identify and source local influencers to promote DeskIn Personal.

Establish and manage influencer relationships to drive local user adoption.

Track and analyze influencer performance to optimize impact.

2. Localization

Manage and localize website content, SEO, and blog articles for the Indonesian market.

Work with the product team to support product language localization.

Assist the support team in handling DeskIn Personal users’ inquiries in Bahasa Indonesia.

3. Data Reporting & Competitive Analysis

Collect and analyze marketing data on a weekly basis to track performance.

Monitor and report on local competitors' strategies, trends, and updates.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in digital & social marketing.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia’s influencer & digital landscape.
• Experience in localization, SEO, and content marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting and analytics.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English/Chinese preferred.
• Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently.
