Zubale is seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze raw data by assessing its quality, cleaning, and structuring it for downstream processing.
• Design and develop automated decision-making and optimization systems.
• Build accurate and scalable prediction algorithms to drive business insights.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and optimize production performance, ensuring data systems function smoothly.
• Generate actionable insights from data to support business strategies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering).

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python for data processing and modeling.
• Experience with Apache Airflow, Docker, FastAPI, BigQuery, Jupyter Notebooks, GCP.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Metabase or Superset.

Experience:

• Required: At least 1 year of experience in data modeling or operational research.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and optimization algorithms.
• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production environments using tools such as APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and Airflow.

Desired:

• Knowledge in LLMs, Chatbot Solutions, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning.
