Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and technically adept Digital Project Manager with a strong background in logistics. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of digital initiatives and must demonstrate an aggressive, self-starting approach to managing transformation projects in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 6–7 concurrent digital transformation projects across logistics functions.

• Serve as the central point of coordination across project streams and align with cross-functional stakeholders including the C-suite.

• Ensure clear visibility of project timelines, propose solutions to overcome delays, and drive project delivery with urgency.

• Apply a strong understanding of today’s technologies including OCR and digital process optimization.

• Champion out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem solving, particularly in building solutions differently using tools like Gen AI.

• Maintain a high level of organization, energy, and resilience under pressure.

• Engage and collaborate with new hires and resources under broader program leadership.

• Speak intelligently about digital technologies across domains (e.g., IoT, AI/ML, Cloud), even without deep technical expertise.

• Demonstrate strong self-learning ability, with a short curve to pick up new tools, technologies, and systems.

• Navigate ambiguity, avoid over-reliance on team support, and maintain proactive momentum in project execution.

• Apply methodologies such as Six Sigma or PMP when needed, while staying adaptable and field-focused.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital initiatives with a logistics background.

• Strong conceptual understanding of OCR, AI-driven platforms (e.g., Gen AI), and modern tech trends.

• Experience working closely with executive leadership and presenting project insights effectively.

• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and drive clarity from chaos.

• Demonstrated technical mindset with a career growth trajectory into Project Management.
