Senior Data Scientist – AI/ML

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist – AI/ML to work on global media optimization use cases and develop data science solutions that improve media performance. The role will involve end-to-end ownership of data models, from analyzing data and business requirements through model development, adaptation, adoption by different markets, and communication of insights to stakeholders.

The candidate will initially work on one of two ML projects focused on scaling media optimization solutions globally, with model adaptation based on data and market/business requirement differences.

This role requires a strong combination of Data Science, Machine Learning, Media Analytics, business understanding, visualization, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end Data Science and Machine Learning solutions for media optimization use cases.
• Analyze media performance data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Build, evaluate, optimize, and adapt ML/data models based on data and business requirements.
• Manage data models through their lifecycle and support their adoption across different global markets.
• Adapt models and analytical solutions based on market-specific data, business requirements, and performance differences.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data science solutions.
• Present analytical findings, model outputs, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Create effective visualizations and analytical presentations to communicate complex data and model insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of data science solutions.
• Work with cloud and data platforms such as AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure.
• Use Python, R, and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and solution development.
• Contribute to future GenAI/AI-ML initiatives where applicable.
• Support predictive modeling, forecasting, and related analytical initiatives.

The candidate should be able to create effective visuals and presentations to communicate data-driven insights. Extensive dashboard development is not necessarily required, but strong visualization and storytelling skills are important.

• Understanding of AI/ML applications involving GenAI.
• Experience working on GenAI projects is an advantage.

The organization currently has GenAI projects with vendors, and candidates with a good foundation in GenAI may support future initiatives.
