Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our client's e-commerce platform.

Our partner is a European online fashion & beauty retailer. They leverage cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies to deliver unparalleled shopping experiences.

In this role, you will focus on redesigning and improving customer-facing landing pages, as well as expanding the existing design system to support modern, conversion-driven marketing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and improve customer-facing landing pages, including homepage and marketing pages
• Analyze existing pages and identify UX/UI improvements to enhance visual quality and usability
• Create high-quality, conversion-focused designs that drive user registration and engagement
• Work with and extend the existing design system by introducing new components for marketing use cases
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and brand/design teams to ensure consistency and feasibility
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and overall visual direction
• Validate design decisions based on user experience best practices and business goals

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX
• Strong portfolio demonstrating landing pages
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and usability best practices
• Hands-on experience with design systems and component-based design
• Ability to create scalable and reusable UI components
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, brand/design)
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and conversion metrics
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar)
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international team

This is an independent contractor opportunity based on a direct contractual relationship between Zoolatech and the individual service provider.

To facilitate this direct partnership, we engage with professionals who are registered and operate as a sole proprietorship, private entrepreneur, or an equivalent self-employment status in your country.

Please note, our model does not accommodate contracts through third-party intermediaries such as agencies, incubators, or umbrella companies. The essential requirement is your ability to enter into a service agreement and invoice Zoolatech directly. This is not an offer of direct employment
