Senior Software Engineer - Level II and III

We’re seeking a skilled Senior Software developerto design and implement intuitive, responsive, and scalable interfaces that connect users with robust backend systems. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between design and technical implementation, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

API Development & Integration

·      Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for internal and external applications.

·      Integrate with third-party APIs and data sources to ensure maximum performance and reliability.

·      Implement API authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).

·      Write clean, well-documented API specifications using tools such as OpenAPI/Swagger.

Backend Development

·      Develop scalable backend services with modern frameworks (Node.js, Express, Django, Flask, etc.).

·      Design and optimize databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) to enhance API and application performance.

·      Implement asynchronous processing and queuing for high-volume data workflows.

·      Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

Frontend Development

·      Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.

·      Consume APIs in front-end applications and manage state efficiently.

·      Implement front-end data visualization and reporting tools as needed.

·      Maintain consistency in UI/UX following design guidelines and accessibility standards.

DevOps & Quality Assurance

·      Build CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment of API and full-stack applications.

·      Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.

·      Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and reliability.

Required:

·      3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack or application interface developer.

·      Proven experience developing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

·      Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

·      Experience with database design and management (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).

·      Familiarity with API security best practices, including encryption and authentication protocols.

·      Strong understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

Preferred:

·      Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and serverless architecture.

·      Knowledge of API gateways, rate limiting, and caching strategies.

·      Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

·      Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
