Defi Marketing Growth Lead

zkLink is a multi-chain trading infrastructure secured by revolutionary zero-knowledge technology. We’re on a mission to unify the world’s blockchains by building a multi-purpose ZK-Rollup middleware that is secure, efficient, and easy to use for Web3 developers and users.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Growth Marketing Lead to join our team at zkLink. In this role, you play a crucial part in driving community growth and engagement online and in real life.

Responsibilities:

· Bootstrap BD/Web3 partnerships function from scratch across multiple verticals, including DeFi, AI, gaming, NFT etc.

· Identify high-potential markets and user segments (e.g., Ethereum, BNB Chain, Layer 2 ecosystems) to prioritize for ecosystem expansion

· Design Web3 partnerships strategy and plan per target verticals

· Craft compelling marketing narratives around zkLink’s zk-rollup technology and cross-chain value proposition

· Lead integrated campaigns (content, social, PR, events) to amplify brand visibility and user acquisition

· Represent zkLink at industry events, podcasts, and conferences as a thought leader

· Optimize growth tactics and identify opportunities through data analysis and competitor/market trends

Requirements:

· 3+ years in growth marketing, business development, or ecosystem strategy in blockchain/DeFi

· Strong sense of product with the ability to understand and communicate technical details and improvements

· Established network within the blockchain and DeFi communities

· Proven track record of successfully closing partnership deals and driving ecosystem growth

· In-depth familiarity with BNB Chain’s ecosystem is highly preferred

· Crypto Native or DeFi player is a big plus
