The Reality (Please Read Carefully)

This is not a comfortable, salaried 9-to-5. We are in the trenches, building our MVP. We are looking for an entrepreneurial technical partner who can dedicate a few highly focused hours a day—keeping your current day job is absolutely encouraged—to build our mobile platform from the ground up in exchange for a substantial equity stake.

Your Mission (What You Will Build)

• The Masterpiece: You will be the sole architect of our cross-platform mobile app, making the foundational technical decisions that will eventually scale to thousands of users.
• The Engine: You will design, build, and deploy a robust backend, ensuring our platform is as powerful and scalable as it is beautifully designed.
• The Culture: As our very first technical leader, the DNA of our future engineering team will start with your code, your standards, and your hustle.

Who You Are

• Battle-Tested (4+ Years Experience): You have a minimum of 4 years of deep, hands-on experience building, scaling, and shipping tech products. You've seen what works, what breaks, and how to fix it.
• The Solo Virtuoso: You are a full-stack powerhouse. You don't need a product manager to hand-hold you, or a QA team to catch your mistakes. You build, ship, and iterate autonomously.
• The Mobile Master: You have a proven track record of bringing elegant, high-performance mobile apps to life from a completely blank canvas.
• The AI Advantage (Bonus): Experience in AI development—whether building or integrating machine learning models and LLMs—is a massive advantage as we look to build smart, future-proof features.
• The Entrepreneur at Heart: You understand that true wealth and impact aren't created by hourly wages alone, but by ownership, grit, and building something the market desperately needs.
