We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the operations of a U.S.-based CEO. This is a fully remote, part-time position where you will work closely with the CEO, helping with calendar and email management, scheduling, and assisting in key internal projects.

If you have experience in real estate, sales, or marketing, that will be considered a strong plus.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

●     Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings

●     Organize and prioritize emails, draft responses, and highlight important communications

●     Provide ongoing administrative and project support directly to the CEO

●     Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello) to track tasks and deadlines

●     Maintain and update CRM systems as needed

●     Assist in preparing reports, meeting notes, and documents

●     Support in light tasks related to sales or marketing if requested

✅ Requirements

●     2–3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role

●     Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level schedules and communications

●     Familiarity with project management tools and CRM platforms

●     Excellent command of English (fluency required) – both written and spoken

●     High attention to detail and ability to work independently

●     Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

●     Experience in real estate, sales, or marketing is a plus
