As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, your mission is to provide high-level support to the CEO and leadership team by managing daily operations, facilitating clear communication, and driving efficient administrative processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting the CEO, leadership team, and employees, while also enhancing client and employee experiences. You'll play a key role in maintaining the company's standards of excellence in renewable energy services by ensuring smooth internal workflows and delivering a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
β Manage the CEOβs email inbox by responding to emails within your scope, tagging critical emails, and ensuring responses or follow-ups within 24 hours.
β Maintain an organized and accurate calendar for the CEO, ensuring zero scheduling conflicts and timely meeting preparations.
β Post regularly to social media accounts in order to promote establish a professional presence and make new business connections
β Create professional, visually engaging presentations for company meetings, delivered at least 24 hours before meetings.
β Organize and maintain company files, ensuring a 95% efficiency rate in file retrieval systems within the first three months.
β Handle administrative applications and submissions with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
β Enter and update company data into reports with 100% accuracy, collaborating with team members to ensure completeness.
β Support the CEO with ad hoc tasks and ensure 100% task completion within agreed timelines.
β Monitor and improve communication processes, addressing all internal and external queries within 24 hours.
