We're looking for a UI/UX & Digital Designer who understands how to combine visual creativity, user experience, conversion psychology, and AI-powered workflows to create exceptional digital experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of website design, user experience, visual storytelling, AI-assisted creativity, and digital marketing.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

You'll help shape websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, videos, and creative systems used across Australian businesses.

What will I do?

You will help create and improve digital experiences across websites, campaigns, and client projects.

You will:

• Design modern, conversion-focused websites using Figma
• Create UI systems and reusable design components
• Design WordPress and Shopify website interfaces
• Create landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions
• Design customer journeys and user experiences
• Create website banners, promotional graphics, and campaign creatives
• Design social media visuals and marketing assets
• Produce and edit marketing videos
• Create AI-assisted visual content and video assets
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, image generation, content creation, and production workflows
• Collaborate with strategists and developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
• Contribute to internal design systems, templates, and best practices
• Maintain design consistency across multiple brands and projects

About you

You're a digital designer first and a software user second.

You understand that tools do not create great design.

Design thinking, user experience, and visual judgement do.

You care about creating work that not only looks impressive but also performs.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 3 to 5+ years of digital design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design projects
• Advanced Figma skills
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience creating UI/UX designs for websites
• Experience designing WordPress and Shopify projects
• Strong understanding of responsive design
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI creative platforms
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and conversion-focused design
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and design consistency

This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Applicants must:

• Be a Malaysian citizen or hold valid full working rights in Malaysia
• Be available to work from our Kuala Lumpur office
• Be fluent in spoken English and Chinese
• Be comfortable reading and understanding English-language documentation, briefs, and training materials
