We're looking for a Salesforce Developer to take ownership of the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and proactive communication to ensure efficient implementation of scalable solutions that support lead generation, sales automation, pipeline management, CPQ, and reporting. The ideal candidate will not only have deep experience in Apex, Flow, and Salesforce automation but also bring a strong foundation in database design and system architecture to ensure long-term scalability and efficiency. Additionally, familiarity with DevOps best practices and test-driven development is a plus to support streamlined deployment and system reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clarity and precision—actively respond to emails, document processes, and provide stakeholders with well-structured, context-rich updates
- Own and manage the roadmap and backlog of Salesforce initiatives, prioritizing effectively and keeping Jira tasks updated
- Audit, refine, and optimize Salesforce CRM schema, ensuring strong data governance, well-structured relationships, and maintainable designs
- Develop and maintain Apex code to support automation, integrations, and custom functionality—bringing a solution-oriented approach when working through complex logic
- Implement and utilize DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, version control, and automated deployments) to improve development workflows and stability
- Implement rigorous testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and regression testing, to ensure high-quality, reliable code and maintain Salesforce's required 75% test coverage
- Enhance automation through Flow, triggers, and other declarative tools to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless data flow and system integration
- Improve CPQ, Pricebooks, and Product setup to optimize quoting and revenue operations
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining list health, managing segmentation strategies, and enforcing best practices in CRM data management
- Build and refine reports and dashboards to empower teams with actionable insights
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Flow, Process Builder, and automation tools
- Deep understanding of database design principles and how they translate into Salesforce schema and architecture
- Ability to break down and understand complex Apex logic, refactor where needed, and develop robust custom solutions
- Strong organizational skills—capable of prioritizing tasks, managing Jira updates, and keeping development initiatives on track
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience writing and maintaining comprehensive unit tests and integration tests for Apex code to ensure stability and prevent regressions
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, deployment tools like Salesforce DX or Gearset)
- Experience managing CPQ, Pricebooks, and Salesforce integrations with financial and operational tools
- Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira for issue tracking
- Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder, or Platform Developer I/II) are a plus
- Advanced English proficiency
- Currently located in LATAM
