Core Job Functions

Take ownership of design tasks and projects from start to finish and deliver consistent and exceptional work on time and on brand.
Design assets that are strategic and high-quality across channels, including, but not limited to, paid social, email, B2B, B2C, print collateral, OOH.
Help develop creative concepts and supporting ideas for campaigns
Collaborate with the creative team to give & receive feedback, refine ideas, iterate quickly, and elevate Zip’s design work.
Explore AI-driven techniques to keep Zip’s creative fresh and engaging.
Leverage insights and user research to refine creative strategies and improve performance.
Work fluidly in Figma, the Creative Suite + Google.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

3+ years of design experience – a strong portfolio showcasing impactful, visually compelling work. BNPL experience is a plus.
A holistic approach to design with a passion for design systems, best practices, as well as clean modern, and elevated design.
A strong and versatile portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of knowledge, skills, projects, and mediums (Please include a link to your portfolio to be considered!)
A positive team player and self-starter, a quick learner, someone who wants to develop and push their skills, daily.
Bonus points for: Skills in animation or After Effects, video editing, or illustration.

The Pay Range for this position: $72,000.00 - $85,000 USD based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and Zip's compensation strategies. However, actual base salary will depend on varying circumstances and individualized factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
