This role requires at least 3–4 hours overlap with PST and strong, timely communication with teammates (in English).

About You:
- You ship fast: pre-scoped tasks in 7 days, pre-defined goals in one sprint.

Your Experience:
- 8+ years building scalable, reliable enterprise SaaS apps.
- Hands-on experience designing and scaling communication / CRM platforms.
- Deep skills across platform architecture, data, compliance, security, disaster recovery, and performance.
- Expert in Java, Spring framework (8+ years) and Python is a plus.
- Built long-term, scalable architectures leveraging public cloud (AWS preferred).
- Strong knowledge of distributed microservices and multi-tenant architecture.
- Experienced with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other event-driven middleware.
- Solid grounding in security (OIDC, OAuth, TLS, SSL, HTTPS).
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, etc.).
- Bonus: Test-first development, profiling Java apps, data access APIs.

- B2B SaaS product chops.
- Experience with voice and communication platforms.
