Directs the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, programs, and budgets to meet company sales and profit objectives and optimize market opportunities.
Support in the formulation of marketing strategies and tactical execution, including pricing, selection of market segments for special emphasis, promotional and advertising support of sales, and specifying the necessary product characteristics
Participates in conventions and professional exhibitions to maintain company image and remain aware of product requirements and new market opportunities
Key driver for new product development process. Responsible for business case and presenting customer requirement into process
Develops and manages assigned budgets for administration and marketing activities of the products that are assigned to this responsibility. Analyzes budget variances and recommends corrective actions
Conducts market research activities to analyze and identify market needs and issues. Evaluates existing product lines and develops line simplification strategies when appropriate.
Coordinates and directs advertising and promotional programs and evaluates overall effectiveness
Builds and maintains long-term relationships with high level surgical consultants, key strategic customers and regional sales team to promote the support and image of Zimmer Biomet products and maintain customer focus
Uses knowledge of financial principles and the impact of specific product line on sales to successfully plan and manage a budget, P&L reports of his/her cost code and Return on Sales

Works effectively with Regional Marketing group to adapt tool kits and programs. Acts as an effective liaison between regional marketing and commercial team to ensure smooth communication both ways
Establish strong relationships with local and distributor sales teams, and supports them with added value training and marketing programs to ensure optimal marketing message flow through
Ensure accuracy in forecasts and works with Operations to ensure optimal level of product supply to keep up customer service whilst supporting planners to achieve key inventory goals
Convince surgeons on benefits of current and new products to ensure they are motivated to sell these products to their maximum potentials
Builds and maintain long-term relationships with high level surgical consultant, key strategic customers and Sales to promote the support and image of company’s products
Identify key market issues, challenges and trends to develop effective marketing and promotional plans/strategies to maximize market shares in all key segments
Manage product launches and phase outs to ensure continuous supply of products. Use knowledge of regulatory requirements to plan for effective and timely product launches.
Develop effective central Information and resource center on market size and share, clinical write ups, competitors’ data, surgery demonstration
Work closely with Sales Manager to ensure effective implementation of the strategic key account management programs in all key markets in the region to achieve major competitive advantage
Participates in the management (design, review, implementation and analysis) of clinical outcomes for products in the Thailand market.
Interface with local sales (direct & distributor) and regional marketing team to facilitate the effective use of medical and clinical information for new product launches and development of product strategies
Your Background
Degree in Business Management, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years’ extensive product management experience or sales experience in healthcare.
Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with surgeons and the medical community.
Experience in creating and maintaining a budget and forecasting for product line.
Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion,
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills and excel in business presentations.
Demonstrated ability to use good analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-function environment.
