We’re not looking for someone who just schedules posts. We’re looking for a strategic, voice-savvy, analytics-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager who can help grow a service-based brand through impactful content, powerful storytelling, and results-driven strategy.
đź’ˇ About the Role:
This is a hybrid role blending personal brand ghostwriting with content strategy, automation, and performance tracking. You’ll be working alongside a Senior Social Media Manager (with us for 5 years) to scale the brand presence of a fast-growing, service-based company. The work is meaningful, fast-paced, and always evolving.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ghostwriting authentic, high-engagement content for our CEO and team (primarily LinkedIn).
- Creating & managing a strategic content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Repurposing long-form content (videos, interviews, blogs, insights) into platform-native content.
- Using automation tools (Make.com, Zapier) to streamline content delivery & scheduling.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing based on the data.
- Collaborating with designers, editors, and team members to execute high-quality campaigns.
- Participating in the creation of marketing assets (blogs, carousels, captions, social visuals).
🎯 Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in social media management and ghostwriting for personal/executive brands.
- Experience with service-based, B2B, coaching, or consulting brands.
- Proven ability to write in someone else’s voice — with examples to back it up.
- A strong understanding of social media analytics and using insights to drive growth.
- Demonstrated success growing accounts: visibility, reach, engagement, or conversions.
- Experience with video-first strategies (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and repurposing frameworks.
- Highly organized, independent, and performance-oriented.

- Communication: Slack, Loom, Google Meet
