Every client relationship we have depends on our Account Managers. You're the central communication hub between clients and our execution team - the copywriter, designer, and Klaviyo tech in your pod all look to you to keep things running smoothly.
Great account management isn't just project management. It's strategic. It's proactive. It's knowing when to push back on unreasonable requests and when to go the extra mile. It's making clients say 'This is the best agency we've ever worked with.'
We work with 50+ premium DTC brands in supplements, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle. Our emails drive 20-40% of client revenue. Your job is to make sure that never stops.
What You'll Do
You'll manage 4-8 client accounts, coordinating a pod of copywriter, designer, and Klaviyo techs. Your day is a mix of client communication, team coordination, campaign strategy, and quality assurance. You set the pace for your pod.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Coordinate 6-12 unique emails/day across your pod
- Lead daily huddles with your pod team (15-20 min standup)
- Update clients 3x per week (min) via Slack or calls - proactive communication so they never have to ask for status
- Manage all Asana tasks, timelines, and assignments across your accounts
- QA and review all deliverables before sending to client - you're the last line of defense
- Submit End-of-Day form tracking progress and flagging blockers
- Handle client requests, scope management, and push back when needed
Weekly & monthly cadence:
- Weekly: Update client roster every Friday with statuses, send weekly KPI reports, ensure Asana tasks aligned with deadlines
- Monthly: Compile client reports on 5th business day after month-end, deliver end-of-month recap + 1:1 calls

After 90 days, you'll be a high-performing Account Manager if you hit these benchmarks:
- Balancing Workload & Growth: Everyone on your team has enough work to stay busy. You push past comfort zones without burning anyone out. You manage capacity across multiple accounts.
- Hitting All Deliverables: Daily builds coordinated, huddles led, clients updated 3x/week, Asana tasks managed, EOD form submitted - consistently, without reminders.
- Proactive Client Communication: Flawless delivery with zero missed deadlines. Clients feel informed and confident in the partnership. They never have to guess status.
- Team Leadership: Your pod runs smoothly. Copywriters, designers, and techs know what to do and when. You remove blockers before they become problems.
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills:
- Klaviyo power user - You're an absolute expert across strategy, flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability, and the platform itself. You can jump into copy, Figma design briefs, and technical implementation as needed - you're the end-all-be-all
- 3-4+ years account management or client services experience
- Data analysis and performance reporting ability - you can read KPIs and make strategic recommendations
- Project management proficiency - Asana experience ideal, but any PM tool experience works
- Excellent written and verbal communication - English must be native or fluent

Compensation & Logistics
Compensation
- Base Salary: $2,500 - $5,000 USD per month (guaranteed)
- Performance Bonus: Variable based on team performance and client retention
- Payment Schedule: Every 2 weeks on the 2nd and 4th Friday. First month prorated based on actual working days
Contract & Benefits
- Contract Type: Full-time contractor via Deel.com
- Location: LATAM timezone required
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, standard business hours
