Job Summary:
We are seeking a Director of B2B Marketing to join our quickly-growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll own the design and end-to-end execution of our B2B marketing strategy, with a primary focus on establishing Zest as the trusted leader in value-based dermatology and building a brand that continuously attracts payer partners. This role will also manage a direct report focused on B2B2C patient marketing.
This role is an exciting opportunity to own, develop, and execute your vision in a high-growth startup. This is a full-time position that can be remote with regular travel or co-located with the founding team at our headquarters in downtown Washington DC.
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute our end-to-end B2B marketing strategy to drive payer partner interest and accelerate partnership pipeline growth
- Develop and scale our partner-facing value proposition, creating compelling sales enablement materials, case studies, and other collateral that demonstrate Zest’s data-proven clinical model
- Build and elevate Zest’s brand, establishing industry credibility and thought leadership through PR and events
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the organization to ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with partnership goals and market needs
- Define, track, and analyze data across B2B marketing efforts to continually optimize our approach
- Manage a marketing team member that is focused on B2B2C execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university in a relevant field
- 5 or more years of experience in B2B marketing, including campaign strategy and execution, content strategy and design, and coordination with external vendors
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams with ease
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Infectious optimism about the ability for start-ups to disrupt complex industries
- Critical thinking and self-starter mentality with a high degree of adaptability in a fast-paced, complex health tech environment
- Eastern time zone with ability to travel to Washington DC regularly
