As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in defining how users interact with AI-powered lending intelligence.

The scope of work spans UX design, visual design, and design systems.

We take a user-centric approach to design, solving complex UX challenges while delivering elegant and engaging user experiences. You will work across end-to-end product design, from data visualization and interactive AI interfaces to intuitive workflows.

What we are looking for:

7+ years of experience leading the full lifecycle of product design, from initial research and ideation to final implementation.
A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX/UI design, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
Deep expertise in design systems, including the creation and management of Figma component libraries across multiple products.
Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing, using insights to inform and refine design decisions.
Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, effectively communicating design rationale and driving alignment across teams.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, thriving in cross-functional environments with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
Experience designing for complex data-driven applications, enterprise tools, or AI-powered products is highly valued.
A passion for FinTech, AI, and data visualization is a plus.
