Remote | US Market
About the Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager to help drive online growth for our U.S. market business.
This is a performance-driven marketing leadership role for someone who can translate revenue goals into clear marketing priorities, stronger execution, and measurable results. This role is not purely brand-focused, and it is not meant to be a hands-on executor-only seat. We are looking for someone who can own outcomes, think commercially, and bring stronger accountability to the e-commerce marketing function.
The right person for this role understands how to improve acquisition efficiency, support retention growth, guide performance-focused creative direction, and align marketing efforts with broader business realities such as margins, promotions, and operational readiness.
This role sits within an EOS-aligned structure and is ideal for someone who is comfortable with ownership, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional accountability in a lean, fast-moving environment.
