Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead key marketing initiatives, focusing on analytics, paid campaigns, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will be data-savvy, creative, and passionate about driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to measure ROI, track conversion rates, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead marketing analytics efforts to provide actionable insights, leveraging data to inform decisions and improve campaign outcomes.
- Create and execute compelling content-driven campaigns that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective lead nurturing workflows, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for paid media, content production, and marketing technology.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to enhance strategy and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven organization.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) and campaign performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) to measure and improve performance.
- A deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the marketing funnel.
- Excellent creative and content strategy skills, with the ability to craft engaging messaging and campaigns.
