The Role: ZenRows is on the hunt for a dynamic Marketing Leader to take the helm of our multi-channel marketing team. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Growth & Demand Generation: Craft and implement robust multi-channel acquisition strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Architect and execute a cohesive go-to-market strategy that aligns with our business objectives and revenue aspirations.
- Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership: Amplify our market presence through persuasive storytelling, high-quality content, and active community participation.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Develop and oversee a content strategy that boosts organic reach and cements ZenRows as a thought leader.
- Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid channels like Google and LinkedIn to ensure maximum ROI.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to refine the Ideal Customer Profile, enhance lead quality, and boost conversion rates.
- Customer & Market Insights: Leverage insights from data, market research, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics and campaign effectiveness.
- Team Building & Leadership: Directly recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
- Product Marketing Expertise: Utilize extensive product marketing knowledge to develop compelling product narratives, align marketing strategies with the product roadmap, and drive the product lifecycle from introduction to market saturation.
The Person: We are scouting for a visionary yet pragmatic marketing leader who can ignite rapid growth while crafting a scalable marketing framework. You should be deeply entrenched in the trenches of B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven ability to lead by example and inspire your team to new heights.
You should have:
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing hands-on expertise in key marketing disciplines.
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role with a track record of strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
- Profound knowledge of growth marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.
- Skilled in using marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign.
- Demonstrated success in brand positioning and messaging, particularly in technical or developer-focused markets.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through creative and effective marketing strategies.
- Competence in data analysis with a knack for turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of hiring, coaching, and leading marketing teams to success.
