Zenport provides SaaS products that visualize and optimize global supply chains. With a multinational team, we focus on developing and enhancing flexible and scalable standard products to meet the diverse needs of clients, including large corporations.

We are seeking a designer who can design UX beyond mere visuals and UI, understanding business structures and client relationships. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will tackle complex challenges to create experiences that make clients feel like our products are truly theirs.

Responsibilities

UX design for customizable standard products at Zenport
Lead problem-solving from a UX perspective, collaborating cross-functionally with PMs, CS, and consultants
Conduct client (especially large corporations) interviews, requirements gathering, and propose/implement improvements
Refine UX elements through discussions with PMs regarding button and flow designs, focusing on specification design as engineers handle implementation

Required Skills & Experience

Experience negotiating with large corporations (understanding complex organizational structures and decision-making processes)
Practical experience in UX design (regardless of industry or years, emphasizing critical thinking and achievements)
Experience structuring challenges based on client interviews and leading to solutions
Experience in design firms or consulting companies handling projects for large clients
Experience collaborating with PMs and CS, or direct PM experience with involvement in UX
Interest and understanding in business beyond design
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English

Preferred Skills & Mindset

Experience in UX design for SaaS products or B2B tools
Strong communication skills to deeply understand customer issues and act independently
Designing mechanisms and experiences that promote user ownership
Flexible mindset to work across roles beyond the scope of "designer"
