We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with strong React Native mobile experience to join Zenitech’s established, multi-country design team. You’ll be part of a dedicated group supporting a key US healthcare client as they enhance the mobile experience of a large, complex platform.

The work is collaborative, structured, and driven by insight. You’ll partner with researchers, content designers, a design system specialist, and several engineering squads to create clear, reliable mobile journeys. The role suits someone who is confident in mobile best practices, comfortable with evolving requirements, and motivated by meaningful problem-solving.

While this role focuses on a specific product area, our business model means you’ll also work across different clients and domains over time. Therefore, strong, well-rounded senior-level UX and UI capability is essential.

This role also offers optional People Lead responsibilities, supporting 5-8 designers. It sits separately from your individual contributor responsibilities and includes additional compensation.

What You Will Do

Design React Native mobile experiences across key user journeys
Translate complex healthcare information into clear, intuitive mobile flows
Apply iOS/Android patterns appropriately within a cross-platform environment
Contribute to mobile patterns within a broader design system
Partner with researchers to plan and iterate on testing cycles
Produce high-quality UI with strong structure, hierarchy, and usability
Collaborate across multiple engineering squads and product workstreams
Communicate design decisions clearly and professionally

Requirements

Proven experience designing mobile apps using React Native or similar frameworks
Strong understanding of iOS and Android behaviours, patterns, and conventions
A portfolio demonstrating confident UI craft and clear UX thinking
Experience applying research insights and iterating with evidence
Comfortable working across parallel, multi-team delivery environments
Strong communication skills and a calm, organised approach
Ability to transition into new domains where needed

Nice To Have

Exposure to AI-assisted design or product workflows, and an interest in applying these responsibly within real-world delivery.
Experience designing for healthcare, insurance, or complex information domains
Familiarity with accessibility principles (WCAG)
