As a UI/UX Designer at ZenHR, you will be responsible for turning our software into easy-to-use and professionally designed products for our clients. Also, responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers.

The Job - UI/UX Designer

What you'll be doing:

Design graphical user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, that the users find easy-to-use and pleasurable.
Sketch web page layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
Sketch mockups to clearly show the user flow, then discuss with the team before implementing.
Improve the overall UX by identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
Plan and conduct in-house usability testing to identify issues and gather user feedback.
Collaborate with pod members (e.g. product managers, developers, and QA)
