As we scale, we’re looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team and lead the charge on user experience and visual design.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to craft engaging, user-centric designs for our mobile apps and web dashboards. You’ll work closely with our product and development teams to ensure a seamless and delightful experience across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for mobile (iOS & Android) and web platforms
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design user flows, interfaces, and visuals that are simple, modern, and intuitive
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs
• Maintain and evolve Zendr’s design system and visual identity
• Deliver responsive designs that adapt to different screen sizes and devices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing real-world apps and platforms
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma
• Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methods
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and passion for user experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or SaaS product design
• Familiarity with adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Understanding of design for QR/payment-based systems
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
