We’re building an AI platform for complex litigation, helping legal teams analyze thousands of pages of medical records, timelines, and evidence in minutes.
You’ll architect and build agentic systems that can plan, reason, retrieve, and act across massive document collections. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with the founders and product team and influence major architectural decisions from day one.

What You’ll Do
- Design and build sophisticated agentic workflows for complex reasoning tasks
- Architect production-grade AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph
- Build backend services in Python and user-facing experiences in React
- Develop reliable retrieval, reasoning, evaluation, and observability infrastructure
- Take features from 0 → 1, from product discovery through production
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of software engineering experience and strong Python skills
- Strong experience building and shipping production software
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, RAG, or AI-powered applications
- Experience with agent orchestration / workflow frameworks such as LangGraph or similar
- Experience building evaluation, observability, and reliability systems for AI applications
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with significant autonomy
- Strong product sense and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into working systems
Bonus: Experience in Legal-tech, healthcare, biotech, fintech, or other regulated/high-precision environments.
