About The Role

As we continue to grow, design plays an increasingly important role in how our customers experience the platform.

This is a highly impactful Product Designer role sitting at the centre of the product organisation.

At Zelt, design is embedded very closely with Product and Engineering, meaning designers are involved early in conversations around product direction, user experience, workflows, feature ideas, and prioritisation. This is not a role where design operates separately from decision-making. You will work cross-functionally on a daily basis.

You will work across the full design lifecycle, from early concepts and wireframes through to polished UI and launch, with the opportunity to see your work go live within weeks rather than quarters.

Beyond core product design, there is also exposure to broader visual and brand-related work, including supporting launches with landing pages, product visuals, lightweight motion assets, and marketing creative. It is a role that combines product thinking, UI craft, usability, and visual storytelling.

As part of a lean and collaborative team, the person joining now will have visible impact on both the product experience and the evolution of Zelt’s design identity as the business continues to scale internationally.

Your Tasks

Designing elegant and user-friendly interfaces for new and existing product features across web and mobileTranslating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences with strong usability and visual clarityParticipating throughout the full product development lifecycle, from ideation and wireframing to final UI and launchBuilding and maintaining scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides in FigmaImproving consistency and usability across the platform as the product growsSupporting product launches and campaigns through landing pages, product imagery, and visual creative assetsUsing tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Claude, Gemini, and HeyGen to support ideation and creative workflowsParticipating in user feedback sessions and usability discussions to continuously improve the product experienceContributing to the evolution of Zelt’s visual identity across both product and marketing touchpoints.

Your Profile

A strong portfolio showcasing UI design work across web and/or mobile productsUp to four years of experience in Product Design, preferably in B2B SaaS environments, whether through full-time roles, internships, freelance work, or personal projectsStrong UI fundamentals with a good eye for clean, modern, and intuitive designConfidence using Figma and an interest in scalable design systems and component thinkingGood understanding of UX principles and user-centred designStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teamsComfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving prioritiesExperience with Adobe Illustrator or motion/visual design tools is a plusExcellent written and spoken English.
