Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone progressing in their career, who has a strong computer science foundation and is eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll be working on exciting projects involving ML/AI, distributed systems, and scalable applications while learning and contributing to all aspects of our technology stack.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a small team to design and implement our backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Help execute the technical roadmap for our platform, balancing technical debt and innovation to ensure we can deliver on our business goals.
• Deploy and manage our applications.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay autonomous, curious and learn about AI and related technologies, applying your insights to our projects.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, with a focus on building scalable and reliable web applications.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go/Python/C#/JavaScript.
• Strong experience with AWS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team and key stakeholders.
• Experience with and enjoys creating prototypes and experimenting quickly.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI is a bonus.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding projects you’re proud of.
• Experience building applications that require streaming data.
