Zeel is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technology Manager with expertise in marketing automation and data-driven campaign execution.
In this role, you’ll use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute messaging campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications to drive customer loyalty, demand, and provider engagement. This cross-functional role requires strong technical skills in digital marketing execution, audience segmentation, analysis, personalization, and reporting. You will collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and automation. The ideal candidate is a dedicated practitioner capable of managing complex assignments in a fast-paced environment with positivity, creativity, and enthusiasm.
This is a fully remote position based within the United States, reporting to the Director of Product Management and Analytics while working closely with the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute transactional, lifecycle, and promotional messaging campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across email, SMS, and push notifications to drive customer and provider engagement and retention.
- Code emails in HTML/CSS with Ampscript personalization upon receiving design files from the marketing team
- Ensure high deliverability rates through proactive management of list health
- Optimize messaging workflows by collaborating with engineering and data teams to define data structures and improve event-triggered automation.
- Manage audience segmentation and personalization strategies
- Build, execute, and optimize lifecycle messaging campaigns ensuring engagement across customers and providers.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation strategies, and personalization techniques.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements using dashboard tools such as Tableau or Google Analytics.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure ongoing compliance with CAN-SPAM and other relevant email/mobile marketing regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on campaign development, automation, analytics and list health.
- Proactive problem solver who is comfortable independently researching and troubleshooting new tools and features.
- Hands-on experience with front-end coding (HTML, CSS, SFMC Ampscript) for email development and customization.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills including experience using workflow visualization tools such as Lucid to diagram lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in quantitative campaign reporting & analysis.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with SQL or other data querying language—writing queries, pulling data from relational databases.
- Design experience and fluency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or InVision.
- Experience with healthcare and HIPAA compliance guidelines within marketing.
