Sr. UX Designer with Figma, InVision 100% Remote Contract to Permanent Job $60/hr W2
Position Purpose:
Responsible for creating user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and optimizing existing user interface designs for applications. Tests for intuitively and experience, develops technical and business requirements related to user experience, and strives to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions that enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility for the end user of applications.
Education/Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Must haves: 4-6 years of experience. Must be Proficient with Figma as a design tool, 4-6 years Figma experience required. Standard office tools experience required,
Nice to haves: experience with Adobe products preferred, healthcare experience would be great but not required
Disqualifiers: No portfolio or limited access to portfolio included in submittal would immediately DQ a candidate. Will not consider candidates without portfolio included.
Technical Skills:
One or more of the following skills are desired.
User experience, Figma, and design tools such as but not limited to Adobe CC, Sketch, and InVision

This is a backfilling worker who converted to FTE

A typical day includes working with research, content and product partners to create solutions for our members.
20% meetings, 40% collaborative work (engineering product and other partners), 40% heads down work
8 hours per day, core hours that entire team is online together:10CST to 3CST, remaining hours in day can be flexible but must work 8 hours per day.
Contractor will be meeting with team members quite often, standing team calls are ad-hoc.
