GoLang / FHIR Engineer 3 openings - 100% Remote 15+ Month Contracts
We have a 12 month contract for a Senior Application Development Engineer with 4–6+ years of experience building enterprise software solutions, designing reusable APIs and FHIR-based integrations, and improving code quality standards. They are hands-on in development, strong in Go and modern software patterns, skilled in data-driven architecture, and able to deliver consistent sprint output while supporting mid-level engineers, unblocking issues, and driving high-quality, compliant payer-to-payer interoperability solutions under CMS-0057, 100% Remote.
MUST HAVES:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 – 6 years of related
- Designing systems that integrate with multiple data sources and promote FHIR communication
- Always maintain data quality and code standards(using design patterns in GOlang) and also implements monitoring and alerting for both audit and error tracking
- Designs APIs and data services that can be reused across multiple business domains (claims, eligibility, clinical).
NICE TO HAVES:
- Healthcare Experience
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) heavily preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers a significant portion of the team’s story points consistently.
- Reviews code and unblocks mid-level engineers.
- Leads technical discussions during refinement and planning sessions.
- Works with Product Owner to clarify acceptance criteria.
- Participates in retrospectives and suggests process improvements.
- All committed/assigned stories in the sprint should be delivered
