What You’ll Do

As a Web Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of building and optimizing our web properties — from crafting elegant frontends to fine-tuning backend systems and lead capture tools. You’ll work cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to launch user-friendly, conversion-driven websites that scale with our business. You’ll have the autonomy to own your projects end to end, and the support of a team that values both speed and precision.

What You’ll Be Doing

•Architect, develop, and maintain web applications across both frontend and backend

•Customize and integrate headless CMS platforms (Contentstack is a big plus)

•Optimize for speed, SEO, accessibility, and conversion performance

•Drive A/B testing and data-driven experiments to improve user experience

•Maintain and improve DevOps workflows and deployment pipelines

•Lead and prioritize multiple projects while meeting high-quality standards

•Troubleshoot issues and implement smart, scalable solutions quickly

What You Bring

•Mastery of HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript

•Proven experience integrating and working with headless CMS platforms (Contentstack preferred)

•Deep understanding of web performance, SEO, and accessibility best practices

•Experience with lead capture systems — ideally in a SaaS environment

•Familiarity with A/B testing tools and web optimization strategies

•Backend skills in Python or Node.js, and experience with APIs, authentication, and serverless functions

•Strong DevOps knowledge, including build pipelines and deployment tools

•Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
