The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of complex, data-rich enterprise applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to translate technical workflows into intuitive, elegant design solutions. This is an opportunity to work on a platform used by some of the world’s largest organizations — solving real challenges in data governance, quality, and automation.

What You’ll Do

Lead design initiatives from discovery to delivery — from early concepts and flows to polished interface design
Partner with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define product requirements and ensure cohesive user experiences
Conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to guide design decisions
Design for complex, data-heavy interfaces while maintaining clarity and simplicity
Contribute to and help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
Mentor mid-level and junior designers, sharing knowledge and elevating design quality across the team
Stay current on UX patterns for enterprise, data, and AI-powered applications

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in product design, ideally with exposure to enterprise ready Data solutions (Big data, Analytics, iPaaS, Data Integration, Data Governance, Automation or Data Security) products
Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work for complex digital products
Experience designing for data-heavy workflows, dashboards, or enterprise tools
Proficiency in Figma (or similar) and understanding of component-based design systems
A strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility principles
Experience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
