MLOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead our Generative AI and Operations initiatives. This role is pivotal in building and scaling our cutting-edge AI solutions, with a strong focus on optimizing the entire lifecycle of generative AI models and applications. You will be a key player in shaping our AI strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the efficient and reliable deployment of our AI products.

Requirements

Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer - Generative AI & Operations (MLOps/RAGOps/AgentOps/LLMOps/GenAIOps)

Extensive Experience:

5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on MLOps, RAGOps, AgentOps, LLMOps and GenAIOps.

Technical Proficiency:

• Deep understanding of generative AI models and LLMs.
• Strong experience with vector databases and information retrieval systems.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI agent frameworks.

Operational Expertise:

• Proven ability to design and implement robust MLOps and GenAIOps pipelines.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and automation tools.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for AI applications.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education

- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
