Digital Marketing Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
• Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, short-form videos, carousels, and marketing campaigns.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Plan and manage content calendars across all social media platforms.
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Improve website SEO and organic search rankings.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Collaborate with the graphic design and development teams to produce high-quality marketing content.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and other automation platforms to improve marketing efficiency.
• Generate qualified leads through organic and paid marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• Experience in the software, AI, or SaaS industry will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
• Graduates from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and the Lahore School of Economics (LSE) will be given preference.
