Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Developer (MEAN stack) to support a leading government-focused software and consulting program. The Senior Software Developer will contribute to the development and maintenance of secure, scalable microservices supporting mission-critical human capital systems. _This position is fully remote!

_Responsibilities of the Senior Software Developer include:

Design, develop, test, and maintain microservices using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and cloud-based solutions
Solve complex technical challenges and implement secure system architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide technical mentoring and participate in code reviews
Maintain software libraries and documentation
Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications for the Senior Software Developer include:

5–7 years of experience designing and developing web-based applications
Strong experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
Experience developing RESTful web services
Bachelor’s degree from a University within the United States is Required
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance

Compensation for the Senior Software Developer includes:

Salary: $130,000 – $145,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
