Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Senior Scientist Engineer to join an insurance organization. This is a 100% remote and full-time position.

Essential Duties of the Sr Scientist Engineer:

Assist, support, and provide advice to the Program Manager to further the development and progress of new and existing programs.
Conduct thorough technical scientific evaluation of the current R&D landscape to identify gaps in research portfolios and address critical needs that are aligned with the mission.
Use your strong logical and critical thinking skills to critically review scientific and technical data.

Qualifications of the Sr Scientist Engineer:

4+ years of industry experience in startups or mid-size companies with regulatory affairs.
Must have a PhD in one of the following or related fields: tissue engineering, biomedical engineering, regenerative therapeutics, genetic engineering, gene editing, or cell therapy.
Science background but doing project management work.
Experience leading a team of scientists.

Compensation for the Sr Scientist Engineer:

$145,000 - $185,000 (based on experience)
100% Remote
