Digital Marketing Headhunter

We’re looking for a top-tier recruiter/headhunter based in or around Georgia, who can source and close top talent in digital marketing and eCommerce. This is a high-accountability, high-autonomy role with a clear 50/50 split between candidate sourcing and structured interviewing.

You’ll be trusted to manage full-cycle recruiting – from identifying hidden talent to closing high-quality hires with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. If you’ve ever felt frustrated by sloppy recruiters who miss details or move slow – we’re the opposite. We value results, discipline, and ownership.

Your Mission

Source and build pipelines of top-tier candidates for roles in:

• Digital Marketing (media buying, SEO, PPC, CRM, etc.)
• eCommerce Ops (store management, growth, retention, etc.)
• Growth, Strategy, DTC, and related verticals

Own the interview process:

• schedule, lead, and assess interviews using structured scorecards
• Present only pre-qualified, on-brief candidates – no fluff

Track and report KPIs:

• time-to-fill, pass-through rates, source effectiveness

What Success Looks Like

• 3–5 quality hires per month, depending on role complexity
• Candidates well-aligned to role profiles and culture
• No miscommunication or dropped details
• Fast response times, zero drama, and proactive updates

Required Experience

• 2+ years in headhunting or recruiting, with a focus on digital marketing / eCommerce / DTC / growth roles
• Preferred recruitment agency experience
• Exceptional sourcing skills: LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals, and niche platforms
• Fluent English required

You work with extreme attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and high standards

Compensation:

$1600 USD with Bonuses

Time: 14:00 - 22:00 Tbilisi Time
