We already have a functional UI and product structure in place and are now looking to upgrade the experience to a professional, scalable level.
Role Overview
We are looking for a UX Designer who specializes in improving existing products rather than building from scratch.
Your role will be to analyze our current UI/UX, identify gaps, and redesign key flows to make the product more intuitive, clean, and industry-grade.
What You Will Work On
Refine existing student dashboard experience
Improve UX for:
- Coding practice modules
- Assessments & reports
- Mock interview flows
- Optimize navigation, information hierarchy, and user journeys
- Enhance usability of admin / college dashboards
- Standardize layouts into a consistent design system
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a UX audit of the current product
- Identify usability issues and friction points
- Redesign screens with:
- Better layout structure
- Clear user flows
- Improved interaction patterns
- Create wireframes / high-fidelity improvements (Figma)
- Ensure developer-friendly designs for implementation
- Suggest UX improvements aligned with product goals (engagement, completion, outcomes)
Required Skills
- Strong experience in UX redesign / product improvement projects
- Proven work on dashboard-heavy or SaaS platforms
- Simplify complex workflows
- Improve existing layouts without breaking functionality
- Expertise in Figma (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of UX heuristics, Information architecture, User behavior in digital products
Must-Have Experience
- Experience in improving already-built products (not just new designs)
- Portfolio showing before vs after UX improvements
- Experience with:
- EdTech / LMS / assessment platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
