Job Title: Senior Generative AI Engineer – RAG Systems

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to join one of our international tech partners—a growing outsourcing hub working with top-tier clients across the U.S. and Europe. You will be part of a small, high-impact team focused on building autonomous AI-powered solutions, such as advanced chatbots and document intelligence systems.

In this role, you will lead the technical design and implementation of generative AI use cases, contributing across the full lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize RAG pipelines combining LLMs with vector search.
• Select and integrate vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and retrieval frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Evaluate and compare grounding, chunking, ranking, and retrieval strategies.
• Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune models as needed.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to transform business problems into AI solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, performant, and production-ready

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs.
• Proven experience designing and deploying RAG systems.
