PURPOSE OF THE JOB

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement the Pizza Hut marketing strategies, marketing calendar and aggregator strategies with the specific responsibility for delivering approved sales and profit targets on a daily basis through your passion to leverage data!

Job Functions

BUSINESS ACUMEN AND FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

  • Lead, develop and manage an accelerated NPD pipeline to achieve business growth and brand health objectives.
  • Partnering with the FIT team in developing a food pipeline for the future that is on strategy, centered around customer needs and emerging trends.
  • Development, implementation and analysis of marketing strategies, budgets, programmes, new product development and calendar management and achieving full alignment with Franchisee partners on food aggregator and own channel strategies
  • Understanding of the Delivery business/ channel is essential
  • Identify opportunities to grow brand through new CUOs and value propositions to drive increased ticket value and/or number of transactions across channels.
  • Consult and liaise with field operations (and other Departments) to enable effective execution and maximisation of marketing/sales programs.
  • Manage and approve all associated market research projects and maintain an overall research program that encompasses advertising research, market potential, consumer attitudes, competitor information, etc.
  • Key day-to-day relationship-builder with our franchise partners, building increased credibility, sharing best practices, and ultimately driving the business forward in a consistent manner.
  • Track campaign performance on sales and consumer feedback. Review sales calendar and share insights weekly with team.
  • Ability to influence change and shape transformational business strategy.
  • Stay updated with digital & ecommerce trends, share learnings ideas with broader teams.
  • Best-in-class digital experience and knowledge.
  • Assist with all other duties as required

Experience

Knowledge & Skill Required

  • Marketing background/qualification essential
  • The candidate should exhibit a strong interest in food as a category and have past experience in the FMCG/Retail/Food Franchising industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a brand management role/similar.
  • Previous brand marketing experience within franchising an advantage
  • Experience working with food aggregator teams.
  • Demonstrated experience on developing and implementing menu pipelines, brand promotional calendars and strategies.
  • Should have a deep passion for marketing and have demonstrated in past roles the ability to deploy marketing to build the brand and grow sales.
  • Customer Obsessed with Performance Driven and Digital First mindset.
  • A Change Agent who is Emotionally Intelligent
